Job Description: Executive CRM Specialist

New Launch Properties, a reputable real estate company based in Dubai, specializing in off-plan properties, is seeking an Executive CRM Specialist to join our marketing team. As an Executive CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management system and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients throughout their journey.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the implementation and management of the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Customize and configure the CRM system to meet the specific needs of the sales and marketing teams.
- Create and maintain a database of customer information, including contact details, preferences, and interactions.
- Generate reports and provide insights on customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign performance to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention, leveraging the CRM system's capabilities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and other communications.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance their understanding and effective utilization of the CRM system.
- Monitor and optimize lead generation and lead nurturing processes to ensure a high conversion rate and a seamless customer journey.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the CRM system, streamlining workflows and enhancing overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on CRM industry trends and best practices, proactively recommending enhancements and innovative solutions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and related tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive business insights and improvements.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
- Familiarity with off-plan properties and the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
