Job Description: Real Estate Consultant

New Launch Properties is actively seeking a passionate real estate consultant to join our dynamic team. We are searching for individuals who possess a genuine enthusiasm for the real estate industry, with a specific interest in off-plan properties. Responsibilities:

• Matching clients with off-plan properties that meet their specific requirements, serving as an investment adviser

• Establishing strong relationships with developers, owners, sellers, and buyers within the off-plan property market

• Conducting market appraisals and valuations for off-plan properties

• Generating leads and new business opportunities from our extensive database of off-plan property enthusiasts

• Arranging meetings with clients and conducting property viewings for off-plan projects

• Negotiating offers between buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and developers of off-plan properties

• Managing the sales or lease process of off-plan properties, effectively coordinating with all interested parties

• Becoming knowledgeable about off-plan developments in Dubai and the UAE, providing insights into local amenities for prospective buyers or tenants

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations governing off-plan properties in Dubai and the rest of the UAE

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for the real estate industry, with a specific interest in off-plan properties

• Minimum of one year of experience in any sales-related role

• Possession of a valid driving license is essential

• Excellent organizational skills and effective time management

• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic, French, Spanish, or Russian is advantageous)

• Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and industry stakeholders

• Self-motivated and driven to achieve success in the real estate market
