- Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate property bookings, transfers, and cancellations as per customer requests.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our off-plan properties, pricing, and market trends to effectively address customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback, measure satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement in our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback, market insights, and emerging trends to help refine our sales and marketing strategies.

- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
